Nathan is going through a rough time. Hiding things from his teammates and best friends. I felt so much for this guy, he literally does everything he can to help his family even putting his own future on the line. Once you see what I’m talking about you’re going to want to hug and kiss more than his cover adorning abs. He’s trying to get back on the right track and luckily meeting Chloe helps set the path for him.
Chloe is a senior transfer to Valley U with a lot to prove. A scandal at her last university has her pushing herself to the extreme to be accepted by her teammates/roommates. Nathan can help her do just that and their arrangement is concocted. Except Nathan and Chloe both feel more to it, but the lines begin to blur over what’s real and what’s for show.
I adored both of these characters, but I adored them even more together. They were funny and their relationship felt so natural. Nathan is a sweetheart and Chloe is pretty much a ride or die friend and fake girlfriend. I loved how genuine she was in everything she tried to do.
The Fake May be about a fake relationship, but you feel the chemistry oozing off the pages the minute Chloe and Nathan meet. You won’t be able to fake the feels when reading this. Rebecca always surprise me with how more I love each of these guys more than the last. I especially loved this story and btw the fact that we’re getting more Jocks in 2020!?
