synopsis 2.0

A sexy opposites attract standalone novel from USA Today bestselling author Rebecca Jenshak.

I have a type.
I love the good guy.
Responsible and stable. Safe.
So when a beer-drinking, quick-witted, tattooed hockey player asks me to tutor him, I’m suddenly thrust into the world of bad boys and bad decisions.
Jordan is a renowned player on campus.
He doesnโ€™t take anything seriously, except hockey and partying.
But he gives me butterflies.

Iโ€™m a wallflower tutoring Valley Universityโ€™s hottest player.

Tutoring the Player had me grinning the entire time I read it with Rebeccaโ€™s witty and fun writing it was the perfect book to get me out of a book funk!

Daisy is Valley Uโ€™s wallflower, shy and sweet she unexpectedly begins to open up when sheโ€™s paired with Jordan for lab. Heโ€™s definitely my favorite type; hot jock but has an incredibly sweet disposition. Oh & smart we loveeee smart hot jocks am I right?

I also really resonated with Daisy that I felt like I was reading my own inner thoughts. As someone who is not only shy but suffers from severe social anxiety, too many times have I actually tried to become โ€œinvisibleโ€ in social situations like Daisy. Headstrong female characters are always wonderful, but I was floored as I was reading to finally get a character like Daisy.

Daisy & Jordanโ€™s pairing was perfect and slightly unexpected which I loved. He helped her slowly climb out of her shell and make her comfortable enough to be herself. They were funny, adorable and I couldnโ€™t stop smiling while reading this book!
